How about just feeding your audio signal into the line input on your PC and recording using your sound card/chip?  (This may depend some on your PC, are you running a desktop system, or a laptop?)

I am not able to capture audio or video using Creator Pro 4 through my Video Capture USB (UB3 15-E). I am using Windows 7 Professional with 64-bit. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks!

Only a guess but you might try using this Driver for the old hardware when using the newer software - HERE

Let us know if that works out for you as there may be others with that same issue ;)
