Hi,
I have a iMAc G5 Superdrive with 120GB available and
I've been trying to burn some avi files using Toast for it, but the problems i've encountered are:

A) Sometimes the program quits while I still dragging the files
Sometimes it quits during the encoding process
C) For none of this I got any error message. It just desappear from the Desktop, then I have to open it again.
D) There is no saved project anywhere.

Can someone, please help me??

Thus, I was able to burn a movie using Toast, but unfortunately the sound was not in place.

PS- The A,B,C, and D issues happened with iDVD too.

What to do??? Please

I suspect the problem is with the source files.  You should test with some known good files (try downloading some movie previews from apple's quicktime page).
