No Signal On Tv

Question

I recently just bought a RGC HD Pro and set everything up correctly yet my tv isn't receiving signal from my xbox and the video in the roxio software is split and the bottom half of the video is on top and the top half is on bottom. Someone please help

You didn't tell us What Xbox or How you set it up Correctly or How you are connected to your TV...

 

For your TV, guessing it is connected to the RGC Device by HDMI cable. From there, guessing that the TV is not compatible with the HDCP signal that Roxio adds.

 

In the preview pane guessing that your Video Card/Chip is 3D and set to 3D... (really a guess here - never heard of that one :lol: )

 

Answer the questions, check those 'guesses' and let us know ;)
