Certificate Issue

Question

I'm using Windows XP (fresh install). Roxio Easy VHS to DVD won't start due to the certificate problem I see so many people having.

I tried the C2010 update but it says "Creator Studio not found". That makes sense, since I don't own Creator Studio. I bought Easy VHS to DVD as a standalone.

Trying to find a solution to this problem has been maddening. I just want to capture these old home movies.

Doesn't anybody ever answer these posts? I am having the same problem and would like to know what the solution is. Re-installing the software doesn't help.

I don't know if the pinned link, above your post works, but here it is.

The link is dead but I found where Corel hid it!

Fixed the pinned post too. B)

Easy VHS to DVD users should use C2010 download.
