Cannot Get ECM9 to Open after Install

I have installed the software, rebooted and the application will not run. As soon as I click the icon I get "Roxio Creator has encountered a problem and needs to close"  I am Windows XP and IE7.  Here is what is in the application event viewer. Thanks for any help.
