emc 8 recognizes dazzle 150 as a source but when i try to run it, emc 8 gives me an error message saying that i dont have a iim stream config.  could someone give me a little help on running dazzle 150 with this software.

The Dazzle is a hit or miss item. You may have to use the software included with the device for capture.
