Hi.  I hope this is the right place to ask this.  I currently have Sonic DigitalMedia LE v7 on my computer.  It was installed on my Dell when I bought it earlier in the year.  It works fine as long as I don't try to update it.  (I can't tell you exactly what it was doing because I've left it alone since the last time I tried to update it and that was months ago.)  I ran the program from Microsoft to test your computer to see if it's ready for Vista and it said I would need to update this software if I decide to get Vista when it comes out.

Anyway, I was thinking about upgrading to EMC9 and have a few questions:

1.  Should I uninstall what I currently am using first?
2.  Will disks that were already burned continue to work?  Some of them were done with DLA.

It looks like there's a lot more in EMC9.

Any advice is appreicated.
