Nobody respond to my problem of yesterday regarding a runtime error in mdedia import
Please help
What format are the files? Remember, you can't capture a video from a camera with this product using USB. It sees your camera as a web cam. Use the program that came with the camera. Did you try to just copy the images and videos from the memory card to the computer?
You indicated that V8 worked?

It should not have. If it did it was just luck.
You should be able to get those images from the camera. Use Media Import and select photo and then see if your camera is listed. If so, you should be able to import the images.
This is a users board and people respond when they have time and a reasonable answer. If you had provided more information about what you are doing and what kinds of formats and errors you are getting, perhaps the responses would have been more direct and more frequent.
