An error message  showed up when trying to copy files from dvd-rw to dvd-r disc.  disc-copier reads the files but at the end of the reading,  the message "There was a problem reading the disc.  Please make sure your disc is free of finger prints, scratches or dust then try again."  Have tried to clean the disc the best I know, but still get the same message.

Please help!

See if there are any CRC burn errors by using DVD Info Pro from the tools menu.  When you clean the disc make sure you pay special attention to the edges.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Thank you for your help!  The dvd-rw disc was cleaned completely.  It has no problem to play in dvd player.  I am new with EMC9, not very familiar with the program.  Did not find DVD Info Pro.  Could you tell me while can I try to see if there is any CRC burn errors?  Have a nice day!

Correction, just tried again, did find DVD Info Pro and it did not show any errors.
