Hi folks,
I have a new Fujistu Siemems PC and am trying to record music to a dvd to play on my car CD player.
I am using a verbatim DVD+RW which is what the PC manual says to use.
The songs I want to record are burnt ok to the disk and play well on the my pc or any pc. However, if I try to play the DVD in my car player or any other CD player in the house the disk will not play, and on one of my players when I put the disk in it says that NO Disk has been inserted in the player. This happens to any disk I use even if I try DVD-R or DVD+R. I think I have made all the right selections on the pc for recording, but this problem still happens. I had a Gateway PC before and everthing worked fine.
Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?
Thanks
Laurence.

Burn your music to a CD, not a DVD. Your car CD player won't play a DVD unless the manual says it will. No set top CD player will play a DVD.
