Hi,

When I use VideoWave8 to convert from one format to another, in "Output As", I chose from the list provided in a dialog box.  Where can I find what the underlying settings are for "Video File Quality"?  For example, what do things like "MPEG-2 for DVD,  Best Quality" translate to?

Can these values be changed?

Thanks.

I don't have EMC8 installed but this is how it looks like in EMC9 if I select, say, MPEG-2 for DVD, Best Quality. Note that there is a description below of the settings for the selected type of output.

I don't believe you can make changes to pre-defined types but you can create a user-defined template by clicking the New button.

Malatekid has a good photo attachment, but if you didn't see something similar, you were looking in the wrong place, because what he shows, was in all versions back to version 7.  :)

Thanks to you both.  I saw the 'new' button, but didn't think to click on it.  I was looking for something different, more complicated if you will. I didn't see any audio setting and figured that I was in the wrong place.

After I play around a bit I'm sure I'll have more questions.

Thanks.
