Video No Audio Vhs To Dvd

I also have no audio but also in the first screen shot of the sound devices I have no line in option.

Then you might have a problem with your computer, not the Roxio software.

Sony DVD/VHS player/recorder. Video I see.  I have no audio except the sounds I hear around me echoing.  I have, I think, turned off the mic and the webcam.  I do not see in the sound devices any audio from roxio or when I rt click the speaker at the bottom rt hand there is nothing.  I have white, red and yellow all connected then into the laptop via usb.  Thanks for any help.

like to see a screen cap of your Device Manager with the Sound, Video and Game Controllers expanded while you have the Roxio Capture USB plugged in.

Delete/uninstall the two Roxio entries you show in device manager, then unplug the device and reboot the pc.

 

When the PC is up and running run the installation disc and choose repair when offered when done reboot the PC.

 

Now plugin the Roxio USB Capture device and open device manager both Roxio entries should show under sound video and game controllers.


I'm just a fellow user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may have provided.
