Crashes When Adding Audio

What audio and How?

You should try one of the Windows Sample Audio files (Libraries - Public Music - Sample Music) to rule out any corruption in your file. Playing is Not a test!

You can add audio by using the buttons within VideoWave or you can drag and drop it onto the right track. Try both ways.

I have this issue fairly regularly when adding audio. If I add from within videowave (i.e. browse using the media browser) it almost always crashed, but I have found that simply adding using windows explorer and dragging the file into the timeline helps and I get crashes a little less
