Cannot Install Program

I cannot install when entering the product key: it says not activated try again later. Can anyone help me?

If you bought it direct from Roxio it doesn't need "activation", so I suspect you bought it elsewhere.


If you bought it elsewhere it probably requires activation at the point of sale,


In that case you need to contact the people you bought it from, and get them to go through their "activation" procedure.

Assorted computers in Windows XP, 7, and 10.
