Just purchased and installed Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 -

Getting "No Video Signal" message.

Tried all the solutions in the forums.

Uninstalled both "Roxio Video Capture USB" from device manager

   Unplugged Roxio USB adapter

   Disabled Anti Virus Software

Uninstalled (rebooted) and reinstalled  "Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3" software,

   rebooted

   Plugged in Roxio USB adapter.

No luck. Still no Video Signal.

I have tried 3 different VCR players all with composite video. The one player is a Sony SLV-N700 with a good quality cable.

I have successfully tested them all on my TV.

Did you try another USB port, preferably one on the back of your computer?.

Do you have anything else around the house that has the Yellow RCA Composite output (DVD or BD Player/Camcorder) in place of the VCR.

One more 'test'..... try it on another PC... (software installed first).

It would appear your device is at fault.
