Tried everything!!! Keeps loading drivers into "other devices" Win 10

You need to uninstall/delete the drives with the device plugged in.

Then unplug the USB device and reboot the PC, run repair, reboot, then plug in the USB device.

Trying AGAIN!!!

You do shutdown all running programs, antivirus & firewall, & disconnect from the internet before installing or running repair?

If it doesn't work you need to do it again, uninstall/delete the drives with the device plugged in.

Then unplug the USB device and reboot the PC, now download and run, Easy VHS to DVD 3 (Windows 10 compatibility)

Reboot the PC then plugin the USB device.

Do these!!

1. Close Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus.

2. Restart your computer.

3. After restarting, plug in the capture device (Do not turn on the source).

4. Go to Device manager.

Click on Start > type Device manager > Press enter.

5. On the Device manager, expand Sound, video and game controllers menu.

6. You should see 2 roxio capture device entries.

-If not, your drivers are not properly installed. Skip to 9.

7. Right-Click each of them and select uninstall. Click ok when prompted.

8. Unplug the capture device.

9. Restart your computer.

10. Download this driver installer.

11. Install the driver and restart the PC after.

12. With the new drivers installed, check if you have proper drivers installed.

-If not, You need to know if your device is actually compatible with Windows 10. Old device (detachable USB from cables) is not compatible. New device (1 piece device) is compatible. Attach a photo here so everyone can identify.
