Hello,

If you "Registered" the program when you first installed it, your product key would be preserved in the "My Account" section of the Roxio site.  That's the purpose of registration - to preserve your key.

If you have still got the software installed on another computer, there are programs out there (such as the Magical Jellybean) which can display the key which was used for the install.  You should use one of these and read the key before you uninstall the Roxio software from the other computer - since your licence only allows an install on one computer at a time.

Once you have the key back, REGISTER the software or otherwise preserve the key because you're lost without it.

Go well,

Brendon

Did you register it on Roxio's website?

If so go here and recover your Product Key from your account details. Look at Post #6.

Do an Internet search for the term "product key finder" and you'll get a large number of results. Pick one which suits you.

The first couple on that list look useful. The second entry compares a bunch of keyfinders.

Pick one, download and run it on the machine which has the Roxio software already installed.  It should show you the Roxio key. WRITE IT DOWN and preserve it, then use it to reinstall the software on your new laptop.

In this case, I would contact Roxio directly.

WE are not Roxio! We are just fellow users like yourself and don't have any more connections than you have

As ogdens indicated you click on support and follow the trail for support or tech support you will find many ways to do it from chat, twitter, facebook, phone call.

We can't do it for you.

Let us know how you make out with this ;)
