You will have to supply a lot more information.

Open what file? Save what file?

Exactly what are you doing or trying to do?

I'm just clicking on the file open and it crashes. "Photosuite has stopped working"

So, I tried by dragging a jpg into the thumbnail section and it populated and I could make adjustments then when I click save it crashes.

Sometimes it jsut gets fussy...

Turn off you anti virus then try running the Install of NXT 5 again only choose Repair when it is offered.

Note that there is a 10 Install limit for NXT 5 but Repair does not count against it ;)

I did a repair and rebooted. Still not working.

There's a bug in there but I'm the only one??

Package came with Paintshop Pro so I'm going to have to use that.

Bummer for what I paid.

No flaw.

PSP is a far better program But like all software, some will have something you like that is not in the other :(

Check back, I am sure someone will have other ideas about this.

Bad install with antivirus on and/or registry cleaner --- the old basic install issues.

mine started crashing, same thing, open a jpg and crash.  It has been working solid for over a year, bought it last year.  All current updates.  Has been working with no problems until today.

What OS?

Could be other updates, like the OS or even some other software or hardware update. And then sometimes, things just get corrupted :(

Follow the Repair Process as I indicated in post 4. DON'T uninstall/reinstall yet! You only get 10 installs, so we prefer Repair which does not count as an install.
