Aloha, I am having issues after installing ROXIO Creator 8. I currently have iTunes as my defualt media player. However, after installing ROXIO I started experiencing troubles using my DVD/CD burner. Every time I tried to put a CD or DVD into the player it would freeze my computer. I would not even be able to delete the processes using my Task Manager.

I went ahead and uninstalled iTunes without any success. However, after uninstalling ROXIO I was able to use my DCD/CD burner without troubles. Is there a potential fix for this type of issue?

Any help would be appreciated.

System:

AMD Sempron 2800
1 gig memory
Windows XP SP2

First, make sure you don't have any other packet writing software installed other than Drag to Disc...such as Nero InCD or Sonic DLA. Then, make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed. I think you must be using 6.01 or higher.
