I have installed MyTV toGo but it fails to convert video files.  I tried to convert some manualy my the conversion ends in less then 2 seconds with no error message.  The only thing I can see in the log that looks like an error is the line:

Unable to open ptv_reftime

Can anyone give me a clue on what to do since it appears Roxio does not provide support for this product?

It looks like MyTV ToGo is being denied access to some features it needs to convert your shows.  Are you running MyTV ToGo in a Limited User account?  If so try running in an administrator account.
