When trying to burn a DVD, I am receiving the following error:

Failed to start the image writing operation error while burning image.

This was my first time using version 9 on a new laptop.  It took almost 3 hours of processing before it told me this.  Any suggestions?

I received the exact same error. Also my first time trying to burn a dvd. Please help. Thanks
