Burning time

When I create a DVD with MyDVD of my pictures its take hours to burn to disc
any ideas please I am using EMC9

List your system specs, similar to how I have mine in my signature.  You have offered no useful information on what you did and how you did it.

The render time is based on Length of Play and output Quality and CPU speed. Other factors are the original format and quality.

Some rough numbers for a 1 hour DVD Movie: 8+ hours on a 550mhz; 4 hours on a 1.5ghz; 2 hours for a 3.0ghz.

Does that seem about right?
