I have a Dell Dimension 4600, 2.6 process with 512mb of ram. It has an Creative Audigy 2 sound card NVIDIA & a GeForce FX5200 video card. This has XP Home service pack 2.  I try to copy a cd or dvd  and it keeps closing due to an unexpected error. It also "hangs" or shuts down when I try to use the Drag to dish feature. n I I haven't tried to do any thing else as I can not get even the basic features to work.

Please help.
