Toast 16 Pro Not Responding

Question

I bought a new iMac Pro 10 core (OS 10.13.6) and then purchased toast 16 Pro and installed it.  I was unable to start the program.  Every-time I clicked on the start icon absolutely nothing happened.  I had to use command-option-esc to force quit.  Tech support had me download a patch to 16.1 which was also completely useless.  They then past me on to another level of support, I was told they would "E-Mail" me when they received the support request........Still waiting for that "E-Mail", I'm starting to think its not coming.  I have tried deleting the program and the 8 files from the preference folder that I read about on the this forum.  The program still does NOTHING.  Has anyone been able to solve this issue.......Help
