Hello,
I am having problem of having EMC9's MyDVD freezes up on me when i choose to burn dvds. There were suggestions that by updating the driver or uninstalling and reinstalling the video card, the problem can be resolved. My video card is NVIDIA GEFORCE 7300 LE and since i bought the computer from Dell a couple of weeks ago, i assume that the driver is current. The problem is that Dell doesn't supply any disk with the computer and i am wondering how i can uninstall and reinstall the driver without the disc,
I am embarassingly new at this and i would appreciate any help any of you folks out there can provide.
Many thanks
Ataloss

The computer is new to you but parts may have sat on a shelf for a long time. Go to the Dell web site and look for updates for your system. Since they don't supply discs, they are pretty good about updates. Follow the instructions carefully.
Check to see if they have updated firmware for your burner. Be extra careful about installing the firmware. Get help if you are unsure.
If you would post your computer specs or model, someone will point the way.
