I have Easy Media Creator 9 running on XP. The Media Selector window won't open in Music Disc Creator, at least not that I can see. The disc drive runs when I click Import From CD/DVD. The last time I saw the Selector window, I had to drag it from the far left side of the screen. There's probably an easy answer to this, but, how do I get it back?

You haven't by chance attached it to the main window have you?If so you'll see it as a seperate pane in the main window, upper right side. You can attach it and unattach it by clicking on the square in the upper right of that pane.

Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back?

No, it's not there. I wish I had attached it. It was unattached the last time I used it. Most of it was off the right side the screen when I opened Music Disc Creator and I had to drag it back to use it. Now, I can't see it at all.

What resolution are you running your screen at?If it's 800 x 600 you might try changing it to 1024 x 768 and seeing if you see it then. You should already be using 1024 x 768 as V9 won't start in less.If so try going up a notch and see if it reappears on the side of your screen. No matter what I do I can't drag it off the screen,my cursor won't go far enough to allow it.

Resolution is 1024X768. Media Selector will open in other tabs, but not in Music Disc Creator. I don't think I could have dragged it off screen, either. You know how when you open a tab, the unattached Selector window will pop up? The last time I saw it pop up, it was nearly off the right side of the screen. I don't think I'm explaining this well. Thanks for trying to help. I'm probably screwed.

If for some reason it became damaged you might try doing a repair of your installation from Add/Remove in the Control Panel.Just choose Roxio EMC9,Change,then repair.
