I dont' have PSP. But I am thinkig of buying one. I noticed an option in Toast or PopCorn that will covert videos to PSP. Do I need to burn a disc and play in PSP or what ? I use a MBP.  Appreciate your response.

It just converts the video files to a format that is compatible with the PSP. Most people will use a memory card or direct connection to upload them to the PSP.
