I tried converting a video file in EMC9 and save its 3GP and MPEG4 converted formats to a folder before transferring to my mobile device.  But after conversion, when I tried to copy the file from the default "My Movies" folder, it gave me this message:
Confirm Stream Loss
The file "(myfilename)" has extra information attached to it that might be lost if you continue copying.  The contents of the file will not be affected.  Information that might be lost includes:
:Roxio EMC Stream:$DATA
Do you want to proceed anyway? [Yes][No]

I  proceeded with the copying to my mobile device but it's not playable.  I have also tried directly cnverting the file into my mobile and the results were the same.  Any advise?

EMC tags files to be able to identify them later. That is the standard message when you copy that file to another location like your mobile device. That should not be your problem.

I assume you followed the directions that I posted in your other thread?  Does you device have that firmware revision?  Did you update any firmware for that device?
