Can I add files to a burned CDRW or DVDRW without first erasing the contents using TOAST 7.1 and/or TOAST 6  ?

You can with the CD-RW if you select the Write Session rather than Write Disc option. However, that isn't possible with DVD media. When you write sessions, each one appears as a separate icon on the desktop.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
