I'm backing up a region 5 DVD which has an audio track in the Telugu language. Toast reports the language as 'Tegulu'. The string is definitely coming from Toast rather than the DVD as a quick grep confirms:

Quote

james$ grep -ir tegulu Toast\ Titanium.app/
Binary file Toast Titanium.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Localized.rsrc matches
Binary file Toast Titanium.app/Contents/Resources/French.lproj/Localized.rsrc matches
Binary file Toast Titanium.app/Contents/Resources/German.lproj/Localized.rsrc matches

And here's a screenshot with the typo highlighted:

Is there anywhere to report bugs such as this, or do we just hope someone from Roxio reads the board?

The original ISO 2 letter code was spelled Tegulu.

It really depends on what you read as to how it's spelled.

I would complain to Sony for not spelling "Resident Evil" correctly on the DVD.

:)

That ISO document explains where the mis-spelling comes from! The real spelling, using the latin alphabet, is definitely 'Telugu'. Note that the ISO 3 letter code in the w3.org document spells it correctly. As for Sony, 'Recidence' isn't even close! They managed to spell it correctly on the box and title screen though.
