Trimming/Spliting a pain ! After a while, the frame/rewind/forward buttons do nothing and videowave crashes - too much overhead ?! MyDVD 6 allowed you to type in minute/frame as an easier way to manipulate. Checkout VideReDoPlus for an easier way to trim

Video ReDo is great for trimming out segments.  You can then use the mpeg file in VideoWave for what other editing you need to do.
