On trying to start photosuite or any problem i get this error - any help???

I do but havn't  clue what to do about it. Got a new pc last weekend, installed the softwear and it worked fine. today I can't even launch the software! Have installed and uninstalled 6 times now and it still won't work.



Ooooh update! #$^@ it my husband has just got it to work after Ive been cursing it all morning! AAAHHHH

Hope someone replies and helps you sort your problem out. I understand how frustrating it is! Good luck

What error message are your receiving. You had indicated that you had received an erro message, but you did not indicate what the error message is?

Good observation Jeff. And the second post where the young lady has a husband that knows how to solve her problems, didn't elaborate on her husbands answer to how he solved the problem either.

Yeah i didnt write that well,

On starting Photosuite 7 or DVD Builder, or Roxio Manager etc

I get the error

" This app failed to start becaause CPSCOmmonTOOLS.dll was not found ...."

Any Ideas?!??!?!?!?!?

Did you try a Repair or reinstall the program?
