Just downloaded this program after paying big $s.  Aside from long process times not accompanied by an hourglass or other indication that the program is doing anything, and some crashes, I have come to a problem that makes this program unusable.  What I type in the keyboard does not appear on the screen.  Instead I get different characters.  Help!  Please. All I'm trying to do is put a slide show on a DVD.

We don't even know what program you are using…

However htat sort of problem is usually resolved with updating your video drivers. (assumes your video card meets the minimum specs for the program)
