Hey all,
The previous update (7.1) wreaked havok on my burning abilities to the point that I had to trash my toast & re-install 7.0. Has anyone installed 7.1.2? Any known issues?

Agreed - with 7.1, I wasted a fair amount of time with failed attempts to burn MPEG-2's (from ReplayTV captures) using techniques that had worked fine with 6.x and 7.0. Finally found on the forums to delete 7.1 & go back to 7.0. Kind of reluctant to jump right in to 7.1.2 ...

What was wrong with verification?
I update every time they come out and don't have a problem.
That is with both Popcorn 2 and Toast 7.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

There's never been a problem with verification. If you get that many errors, it's your media or you have bad RAM.

For me 7.1 verification would fail burning a ripped movie although my TV's Video Player ( same brand as my computer's burner ) plays the movie with out a problem.
I also tried the verification after the burn but that report was meaningless to me.
