Purchased the update online for toast 7 and then popcorn, downloaded fine, the software will not accept the cd-key that was supplied in the email.  Hu????   cant get past the set up screen.  The online help implies there iis an known issue with cd keys on boxed sets and suggest the runaound is to enter the tsid number.   Great if I had one!  my confirmation email did not list a tsid number for either product.  Please help!!!!!!!  This has to be the worst experience I have had to date with any online software purchase. The online help did not get any leads on solving this problem.

That issue is a bit different.  You will probably have to contact support on that issue.
