When I save my video to a CD it will not play back on the computer.  When the CD opens it has a bunch of files and none will play.  I would like them to play in Microsoft Media player. :)

A lot more information is needed, because you did not provide any.  What program did you use to create your production?  How did you burn it to the CD?

The disc file structure of a VCD is a little odd.

Your 'movie' is in the MPEGAV directory and is called MUSIC01.DAT!

Point Media Player to that file and all should be well.

Thanks, James.  I couldn't remember what the file structure was.  I only made one SVCD, way back when, and I didn't like the quality, so I bought a DVD burner.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and my wife thought it was good, but I didn't.  She does know though, that I bought a DVD burner or 2 since I started doing video productions. :D
