When I tried to install 9.0 I got error messages that I didn't have enough disk space (I have 106G available).  I rebooted and installed with no problem.  Now Help does not work and for Video capture I get "permission to launch failure".  The program in other areas seems quircky.  There doesn't seem to be any way to tell Roxio that the program doesn't work.  Any advice anywhere?

Uninstall and reinstall again.  Or try a repair through Add/Remove Programs.  Turn off any Anti virus software and Internet security when you install again.
