Can i burn iso image with the sonic digital media LE 7.0 that came with my dell laptop ?

Unlikely. Dell strips the product of more advanced features that might be desirable to the customer so that they can sell customers an upgrade to the Deluxe version which does support ISO burning. If you can't find an option to burn it, chances are you don't have the capability but you can contact Dell for an upgrade.
