I am in Video Editer then I try to burn a DVD with DVD Express I change the aspect ratio to 16x9 and the program crashes.  Why?

Don't know why but try MyDVD and see if it behaves.

Also make sure your video driver is up to date.

I tried MyDVD it was the one that didn't work.

Video drivers are up to date.

Trying to burn a DVD, it stops and gives me an error report:
The current output device was removed. Error while Encoding Movie 1

My DVD is left un-recorded
The next time Roxio distroyed my DVD disk, not burning any video on it.
I am getting so anoyed with this program I am going to take it back for a refund.

Has anyone tried:

1) Disable your startup items

a. Click on the “Start” button and select “Run”

b. Type “msconfig” and click on the “OK” button or press the “Enter Key.

c. Select the Startup” tab over on the right side.

d. Write down witch items are checked, and then click on the “Disable All”
button.

e. Click on the “Apply” button and then click on “OK”.

f. Click “YES” to restart the computer
