You are giving us nothing to work with!

What program are you using? There are a dozen or so in the Suite.

What are your computer specs?

What are your Burner specs? Make? Model? Firmware Version?

What are the media specs?

What does the error actually say?

Update the firmware of your burner, and quite possibly, change the brand and/or type of media that you are using.

morty, in Easy Media Creator 8 tools. There is a program DVDInfo Pro.
Open this program and place a disc in the drive you get the medium error from.
Same type of disc and the same drive the error occurs in.

Two icons at top I want you to click (Info and Drive).
After you click on the Drive icon, on the right side of that page drive information
is listed. What we need is like this ( BENQ    DVD LS DW1655   Firmware Revision BCIB )
When you click on the Info icon, below is what you see. To save and post this info, click the
Clipboard icon and then right click paste in  notepad.
