Hello.

Would appreciate it if someone could help me on this one.

My daughter has made a Photosuite Version 5 PE slideshow up.

She is trying to add a Background Sounds using a downloaded
Walmart MWA file for a Justin TImberlake song, ie.:

Justin_Timberlake-2-Sexyback_-_Featuring_Timbaland.wma

When we browse to add this song, in the preview box, it does give the
speaker, but when we try to play it to preview the song, it goes immediately
to pause..

Also when we open it, it does add it to the portal, but when we hit the Play Sound, it
comes back with an error:

Unable to Play Sound: Unable to play sounds. Make sure a sound card is present
and working properly.

Well the sound card is fine as w/ Windows Media Player or MUSICMATCH Jukebox, the
song is fine.

This is the same thing for all of the Walmart MWA files we downloaded to the PC.

If we select a WMA we ripped from a CD, the Photosuite-5 works ok...

--> Is this some kind of limitation with Photosuite-5 that it can not play a MWA file that has
been downloaded from say Walmart, etc...

Please try this and let me know what to do on this one. I have a teenager that is beside herself
that this will not work :)

Thanks in advance.

WalMart has put Digital Rights Management on their downloaded songs which means that they cannot be used directly in other programs.
