I have used label creator 7.0.430.0ENU and there are no newer updates and all of a sudden it cuts my background picture off at the bottom of the CD label? Any clues how to fix this on all 3 of the computers that I have Roxio on?

Is that the downloaded version of the software? I know that there was an update that involved downloading the entire software again. It was a free update to all who had the downloaded version of EMC 7, but you may have to contact Roxio to see if it is still available.

I don't know if it fixed anything in Label Creator. I never used that program. I use the version in EMC 9 a little, but I still like the old Neato Media Face II software.

I'm assuming the issue here is how the label prints vs. how you see it on your monitor?

The one time I had a similar problem, it involved a HP color laser printer. It only seemed to happen with inserted pictures that were very large files, so I'm guessing it somehow related to the memory in the printer itself. The solution was to resize the background picture to something smaller before inserting it into the label form. I did that by changing the dpi resolution of the picture - usually making it no more than 300dpi seemed to work, as I recall.
