I have tried top use Media Manager without success.  I wish I could say that I like the program, but before I can work with it, it fails with a crash error and states that it has to close.  The other programs work fine, but this is the only one I am having a problem with.  Can anyone help?

Try going to the Control Panel,Add/Remove Programs and choose Roxio EMC9.Choose Change and then choose Repair.See if trying to repair your installation will fix the problem.
