I just paid $29.99 for this product yesterday.  I thought it would work with my system because it meets all the requirements.  However, the transfer stops at 10% for all types of transfers (PSP is what I want).  An old forum here:

details my problem exactly.  I sent my log file to tech support just a little bit ago.  I should not have to install a new video decoder because this is a PSP transfer.  Further, there is no error message - it just stops at 10%.  I feel a bit ripped off, since $29.99 is a lot of money to spend on a useless product.  Any help with getting this to work would be much appreciated.  I don't understand how a faulty product can be sold, especially when the forum cited above did not end with any sort of solution to the problem.  I have no idea what to do.  Thank you.
