I can't select the arrow button to get to the next page of the menu on my top set DVD players.  The only way I can play the chapters that are on the second page of the menu is to go to chapter 7 (the last chapter on the first page), select it, and then fast forward through chapter 7 to access chapter 8.  Any ideas why I can't access the arrow?

According to your other post, you have titles and not chapters.  Did you move around any of the buttons/titles?  Are the tile names long?  Sometimes if the title of the chapter is long, you won't see it displayed but it overlaps other buttons making them un-selectable. Try a different menu background and you may see the overlap.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
