While trying to restore files from my QIC backup file using Sonic Backup MyPC, I am getting LOTS of errors that look like the following:

File header not found on media [4872 1308] C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\My Documents\Quicken\QDATA.IDX - has damaged or corrupt data on the media. Do you want to continue the current operation anyway?

What are my options at this point for restoring those files with the above error message? It's very frustrating that the entire purpose of this software is to prevent losing data by doing a backup/restore. Yet the backup file itself has corrupted data!!?? There is no hardware problem on my backup drive, nor on my main hard drive. And I can freely copy & paste files to/from each of my hard drives. Seems like the only explanation is that the Backup MyPC software screwed up while doing the backup. And now I can't recover many of my files. The error occurs with several hundred files and directories. Kinda defeats the purpose of the software entirely, huh?
If there's no way to fix this, then I definitely will NOT be purchasing any more Sonic/Roxio software in the future.

HELP!!

Is there any way to repair the QIC file at this point? I can see all the files listed properly in the app, but I can't restore them. What's up with that??
