DVD Builder and "Add New Title" Problem
#1

When I add a new title to my production in the DVD Builder mode, nothing appears in
the menu editor preview screen althought the disc project size indicator at the bottom of the
screen shows that the file has been added. I've been using this program (VW 7 Professional)
for years with no previous problems, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

Let me see if I understand correctly, you have a version 7 product that has benn working fine for a long time, and suddenly now it's not. It sounds like something was installed recently that hasd probably caused a conflict. Have you installed IE 7 by chance recently, thru MS Auto Updates or manually? If so, that would cause the behaviour you have described. You'll need to uninstall IE 7 and roll back to IE 6 if that's the case. IE 7 will break the version 7 line of Roxio products.

You were absolutely right - I uninstalled IE 7 and it worked great. You are a genius - thank you very much!

You're welcome. Glad to hear it helped you. Good Luck
No, not a genius, but thanks for the thought. This problem has been discussed a lot on the version 7 boards, so it was an easy suggestion to make.

Is there a fix for this?

No. They are currently on version 9 and an update is unlikely.
