We have installed Media Creator 8 and cannot get a video compliation not matter how hard we try. After setting up everything and going to burn the program throws an unkown error and stops. We have tried this on 2 machines, one with Windows XP Media Edition and one with Windows 2000 professional and get the same results. Please help

Please post the specific error and the specs of both systems. What type of files are you using? Are they from a commercial dvd?

Files are from a DVD we made. One system is a Dual Zenon 1.8mhz with 1gb of ram and Windows 2000. The other is a Pentium 4 3.2 mhz with 1 gb ram and windows xp media.

The error is simply an unsepcified error. I was not able to copy the number but I will re-create the error and try in the next few days
