After installing Easy Media Creator 9 last week my computer does not shut down fully and stops at a blue screen. I have to hit the reset button on the computer to restart and then quickly hit the power button. Today I Uninstalled the program.(full uninstall) The computer then was able to shutdown normally. After putting the program back in it once again freezes on shutdown or restart. Any ideas?

Make sure that you disable Roxwatch and Drag to Disc via msconfig. It may help.

Your video card will not work with this software. You need to get a new video card.
