I hope this is the right forum; if not let me know.
I just purchased Easy CD & DVD burning. In trying to use the Disc Copier, the first part works ok as far as writing to temp file. However, when it asks to put in dvd and click to 'burn' I'm receiving a message to Select Write Speed - Please select a write speed for the copy. The combo box only has a choice of No Common Speed. What's weird is that I was able to copy/burn the day before without any problem using the same source and blank dvd. I would really rather call a tech support person but I guess you can't and have to use this forum. Hopefully someone can shed some light on the matter. Thanks in advance.
select write speed?

Sounds like at least two burners are checked off. If so, uncheck the other one(s) that are not the destination of the burning process.
Also, discussiond on similar issue and suggested solution are in this post and this one. They might help.
